Selling Real Estate in SW Florida as well as being a year round resident, I research factors affecting the local market. With the influence of the Internet, we are an International community. Foreign nationals have always been interested in SW Florida’s offering of great pricing, great inventory and most importantly, a desirable lifestyle. Interest dropped when the International Economy dropped but now Foreign Investor interest has returned to the market in SW Florida.
